| The question often comes up--how can i afford to trip on my bicycle? The question should be--how could i afford not to? This kind of traveling is not expensive, and the second best way to see the world... And I'm too much of a wimp to walk across countries again... A few years ago, i lost my mom to cancer. There was a bit of money ($400,000) the slash, burn and poison docs left in her bank. It is a good lesson to trade your mom for cash. I ignored the money for two years, only to find out the government, lawyers and my family were now squabbling over it like seagulls raiding a fishery dumpster. Then I tried to give it away to the homeless in denver, colorado. They thought their lives were ok just the way they were. Finally, I decided to spend whatever was left trying to understand this world. |
